Criminal Proceedings for Fraud Initiated Against Yobit

Criminal cases were set in Russia, Ukraine, Indonesia due to several violations: illegal financial transactions and financial fraud.

Authorities are trying to identify the creators of this scam to bring them to justice.

According to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation, “Yobit web-site is now being tested as the unreliable resource, followed by its blocking,” – was stated in the Roskomnadzor.

The reason for it were the massive complaints of participants of inappropriate actions of the crypto-exchange administration, the use of speculative technologies and insufficient protection of users’ personal data.

Also, crypto exchange users started to complain en masse to a sharp increase in cryptocurrency rate artificially defined by the rising cost in order to increase sales of a cryptocurrency.

Artificially regulated Yobit rate allows making profits only to separate category of users, while the broad masses of investors find themselves in the red. After these actions, Yobit traditionally increases the timing of the transactions, complicates or makes it impossible to transfer funds to third party wallets. In connection with the above-mentioned information, this crypto-exchange is already recognized as unreliable, a lot of negative reviews appeared on the Internet, revealing the illegal earning technologies used by Yobit owners.

We would also like to remind you that, a similar situation previously happened to Bitcoin cryptocurrency.
